*Weekends are Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Rates are for four (4) people. Extra persons are $15 per night or $75 per week. Pets are $50 each for the weekend and $75 each for the week. Pet owners must muse parasite control, please. There is a 12% lodging tax applicable to all stays under three months. There also is a $60 cleaning fee, but it is non-taxable. A 50% deposit secures the rental. A separate check for $100 should be remitted as a security/damage deposit. This will be voided and returned after the departure inspection. Checks/money orders should be made payable to GMR Properties and mailed to P. O. Box 2084, Clayton, GA 30525, USA. The remaining balance, if not sent prior to arrival, should be paid in cash upon check-in. Check-in time is 3PM; check-out time is 11AM. Our properties are non-smoking, but each has ample space outside for smokers.

From the long rocking chair front porch to the series of decks surrounding the house, the rushing sound of the Sylvan Lake Falls, at the side of the property, serenades the outside living spaces.
A huge kitchen runs the length of the great room with two cook tops (eight burners), oven, side-by-side fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and a long bar. The outside gas grill adds to your self-catering options.
The master bedroom suite, a large haven unto itself, has a private deck, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV and en-suite bathroom.
Three further bedrooms, two with king beds and one double, share a second adjacent bathroom. The great room also holds a queen-sized
sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options. An extra sleeping area is on the lower level,
with one double and two single beds, making this home perfect for large groups or family
gatherings. A washer/dryer is also conveniently placed on the main level. There is a TV in
every bedroom, plus a TV in the kitchen.
