The large open-plan livingroom/diningroom/kitchen of this brand new, beautifully appointed space is light, bright and very welcoming. The oversized satellite TV is cozied near the gas log fireplace and is visable from the kitchen also. There are DVD and VHS players as well. The comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa and armchairs make this space the center of the home.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stove, microwave & coffeemaker has all the necesseties to create your own home-cooked meals.
The spacious 15 X 17 separate bedroom houses a king-sized bed, while the high-end fixtures of the bathroom and shower are across the hall from the laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Luxurious towels, deep pile carpeting and attention to every comforting detail will make your stay at this property a delight. There is a direct phone line and ample parking. The property is nestled in a quiet, wooded hollow on a creek which can be seen and heard from the front deck

Rates are for four (4) people. Extra persons are $15 per night or $75 per week. Pets are $50 each for the weekend and $75 each for the week. Pet owners must muse parasite control, please. There is a 12% lodging tax applicable to all stays under three months. There also is a $50 cleaning fee, but it is non-taxable. A 50% deposit secures the rental. A separate check for $100 should be remitted as a security/damage deposit. This will be voided and returned after the departure inspection. Checks/money orders should be made payable to GMR Properties and mailed to P. O. Box 2084, Clayton, GA 30525, USA. The remaining balance, if not sent prior to arrival, should be paid in cash upon check-in. Check-in time is 3PM; check-out time is 11AM. Our properties are non-smoking, but each has ample space outside for smokers. Cancellation Policy
