The new construction of this huge outside deck, and 14’ X 18’ screened-in gazebo, is a wonderful addition for lunch, brunch or just reading a book. The Mexican chimineeah outside-fireplace makes chilly star-studded nights a pleasure. |

The natural cedar siding of the cabin blends harmoniously with the mature trees surrounding the front garden. To the rear of the house a trail leads through two acres of unspoiled forest, over a bridge and a stream, to a second screened gazebo adjacent to another large babbling brook and firepit. |
The woodland gazebo, while being an idyllic hideaway, is practically equipped with electricity, table & chairs, and a chaise lounge.

Entering from the front rocking chair porch, you are greeted by a light and airy interior. The cozy main sitting room, with it's soft pale colors, offers a satellite TV, VCR, and a CD/cassette/radio stereo for entertainment. The open plan design takes you into the dining and kitchen areas, which, in turn, lead through to the back BBQ deck. |
The newly appointed kitchen has natural wood cabinets, gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, grinder, and toaster. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen and dining areas. All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided. |

The rear deck also has a picnic table and chairs, shade umbrellas, a charcoal grill and a private view over the wooded area of the property. |

The home also has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The
master suite has a queen size bed with a master bath en-suite. A big double oval step-in tub, a separate shower stall and double vanity
provide ample space. There also is a laundry closet with a washer/dryer.
The second bedroom has a double bed; the third bedroom a single bed, plus a single Murphy bed. All bedrooms have closet space. A second bathroom, with a tub/shower, services these two bedrooms. All linens, quilts, comforters, towels and paper products are provided. The home has central heat, A/C, and ceiling fans in all the rooms. |

*Weekends are Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Rates are for four (4) people. Extra persons are $15 per night or $75 per week. Pets are $50 each for the weekend and $75 each for the week. Pet owners must muse parasite control, please. There is a 12% lodging tax applicable to all stays under three months. There also is a $50 cleaning fee, but it is non-taxable. A 50% deposit secures the rental. A separate check for $100 should be remitted as a security/damage deposit. This will be voided and returned after the departure inspection. Checks/money orders should be made payable to GMR Properties and mailed to P. O. Box 2084, Clayton, GA 30525, USA. The remaining balance, if not sent prior to arrival, should be paid in cash upon check-in. Check-in time is 3PM; check-out time is 11AM. Our properties are non-smoking, but each has ample space outside for smokers.
